Can I return my order?

All of our orders are personalised and made to order - due to this, we are unable to accept returns or refunds.

My order has arrived damaged? 

It is highly unlikely that an order will arrive damaged, however if this does happen please email us at morgansandcooffical@gmail.com. We will then discuss the possibility of a replacement. If an order has been damaged due to a customer neglecting the product and not following our care guide we will not refund/replace an order. 

My order has not arrived? 

Items that have not arrived within 30 days from dispatch will be eligible for a refund. If you are outside of the UK, this will be 60 days.  Due to COVID-19, postal services within the UK & internationally have been severely delayed. We will need the tracking information for your item to deal with your request. 

Can I exchange my order? 

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange personalised orders.

Can I cancel my order? 

If the item has already been made we are unable to cancel your order. If your item has not been made then we can do this for you. Please make sure you email us ASAP if you want to cancel your order to ensure it is not in the stage of being made. 

Personalisation Policy.

If we do not receive the correct information on an order e.g. Name not given, Breed not given if needed, we will wait to receive a response to our email requesting this information for 48 hours. If we do not receive a response, a refund will be issued and your order will be void.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to pay for on arrival to the destination. This can vary by country, If you are an international customer there may be custom fees. Here at Morgans&Co we like to make any customers aware of this before potentially placing an order with us.

 If payment is refused upon arrival to your destination, the items will be returned to us. We will be unable to refund the costs/shipping of items on these occasions.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
