Care Guide

Resin is not as indestructible as your standard ID tags and therefore will need extra love and care to extend the longevity of the tag

• Don't leave any resin-based product in direct sunlight for a long time. This will soften the resin, make it yellow or discolour the print inside.
• If your dog is going swimming or somewhere water will be in contact with the tag, please remove the tag beforehand. 
• Take extra care with your item as if not looked after correctly, the resin may scratch over time.
• please hand wash the items as the vinyl can become damaged from strong cleaning products or machines.

 

How to clean my item

• Only use a damp, soft cloth to clean the personalised items. Do not use chemicals, salt water or bleach as this can potentially damage your product.

 

Safety instructions

• Never leave your tag alone with your pet where they are able to ingest it. Morgans&Co are not responsible for any injuries or broken items due to this.
• Check split rings are intact and the tag is secure and in place, to avoid the tag falling off.  
• Make sure Items are out of reach for the Pet to chew or destroy an Item.
