Our personalised items are made to order, therefore they take longer to dispatch.
Our current dispatch time for personalised items is 4 working days from the time your order is placed.
Dispatch times are intended as a guide and are not guaranteed, frequently items are dispatched in shorter times and on rare occasions some items, personalised items or large orders may take a little longer. Busy trading times such as Christmas, etc may also lead to longer than normal dispatch times.
Please allow for delivery time in addition to dispatch time when ordering your items.

Sometimes, especially during busy times of the year, Royal Mail First Class delivery can take up to 3 working days, and Royal Mail Standard delivery can take up to 5 working days. Neither Standard delivery or Fist Class Delivery estimated times are guaranteed.

We also offer International delivery.
Royal Mail advises delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 6 to 7 working days for the USA & Canada/Rest of World. There has been instances where delivery has taken up to 14 days. Please bare this in mind before ordering from us.
